Ingredients 1 cup Kambu (Pearl Millet) ¼ cup Urad Dal 1 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds Salt to taste Water as required Method Step 1: Soaking Wash the kambu separately. Wash the urad dal and fenugreek seeds together. Soak both for 6 to 8 hours. Step 2: Grinding Urad Dal Grind the soaked urad dal and fenugreek seeds together until the batter becomes smooth and fluffy. Transfer it to a large bowl. Step 3: Grinding Kambu Grind the soaked kambu in a mixer to a smooth batter, adding water as needed. Step 4: Mixing Add the kambu(Pearl Millet) batter to the urad dal batter. Add salt and mix well using your hand. Step 5: Fermentation Cover and leave the batter to ferment overnight or for 8–10 hours. Step 6: Making Kambu Dosa Heat a dosa tawa and lightly grease it.
